1. Safe & Standardized CNC Machine Container Loading

Proper container loading is essential for protecting CNC machines during international transportation. Incorrect loading or unstable positioning may cause movement, vibration, moisture damage, or accuracy issues after arrival.
At GreatCNC, every CNC machine follows a standardized container loading procedure before shipment. From container inspection to final sealing verification, each step is carefully checked and documented to help ensure transportation safety.

Step 1 - Truck License Plate Verification
The truck license plate is checked and matched with the shipping booking records before loading begins to ensure the correct transport vehicle is assigned for the shipment.

Step 2 - Container Number Confirmation
The container number located at the top right position is verified and recorded to confirm it matches the export booking information.

Step 3 - Empty Container Photo Recording
Photos of the empty container and the side container number are taken before loading to document the container condition and identification information.

Step 4 - Empty Container Interior Inspection
The interior of the container is inspected carefully to confirm there is no damage, leakage, or structural deformation before the CNC machine is loaded.

Step 5 - Half-Container Loading Inspection
After partial loading is completed, a half-container photo is taken to record the loading sequence and verify proper weight distribution inside the container.

Step 6 - Full Container Loading Completion
After loading is completed, a full-container photo is recorded to confirm the CNC machine is positioned securely and remains stable for transportation.

Step 7 - Right Door Closure Verification
The right container door is closed and inspected carefully to ensure proper locking and transportation safety.

Step 8 - Left Door Closure Verification
The left container door is closed and checked to confirm the container is fully secured before shipment.

Step 9 - Security Seal Verification
An official shipping seal is applied after loading, and the seal number is verified against the booking information before the container leaves the factory.
