GMHD Series
1. The GMHD-630 HMC machine is designed for high-rigidity and high-precision machining of complex, box-type components, delivering stable performance in long-cycle and automated production.
2. High-rigidity inverted T-base
FEA-optimized M-rib structure with static rigidity ≥ 250 N/μm, ensuring stable heavy cutting and vibration control.
3. High-precision rotary table
Ni-Cr alloy worm gear with triple-clutch design, achieving ±2 arc-sec indexing accuracy for reliable multi-face machining.
4. BBT50 high-torque spindle
Ø190 mm spindle with six high-rigidity bearings, labyrinth air purge, and stable output up to 6,000 rpm.
5. Precision positioning (optional)
