1. The tool magazine system adopts variable frequency drive technology, and the tool arm part is precisely controlled by the inverter, which significantly improves the processing efficiency.

2. Equipped with a φ150-HSKA 63-16000 rpm high-frequency electric spindle, it has high power output and a wide power adjustment range. The tool fixing method adopts spring clamping and hydraulic release. The spindle integrates a coaxial ring encoder to provide real-time feedback on the speed and rotation angle, ensuring excellent high-speed continuous processing performance, while supporting rigid tapping and strong overload capacity.

3. The spindle bearing adopts grease lubrication to ensure high-speed operation stability. The tool clamping adopts spring clamping with a hydraulic release mechanism.

4. The front end of the spindle adopts a labyrinth seal structure, combined with an air pressure protection function, and the spindle taper hole is purged by compressed air to effectively prevent chips and dust from invading.

1. Taiwan PMI roller guides and PMIC3-level precision screws are selected, matched with Japan NACHI original bearings, and pre-tightened to effectively suppress thermal deformation and ensure long-term operating accuracy.
2. The bed adopts the HT300 resin sand casting process, and after overall annealing, natural aging, and double high-frequency vibration aging treatment, it has excellent rigidity, stability, and anti-deformation ability, ensuring the durability of the machine tool.
3. The closed box design of the U-shaped base and the bridge-type upper cover is adopted to form a complete force flow closed loop, which greatly improves the structural rigidity and stability. The symmetrical layout effectively reduces the thermal deformation error, the three-axis drive has a concentrated center of gravity, the motion response is fast, and the synchronization is excellent, ensuring high-precision and high-finish processing.
4. The semi-open structure supports flexible configuration, which can be adapted to a variety of solutions such as single-drive dual support, dual-drive dual support, roller cam drive, and DD motor drive, and is compatible with turntables and A-axis center high cradle modules of different specifications to meet the needs of complex curved surfaces and multi-angle processing.
5. Equipped with HSKA63 electric spindle with an outer diameter of 150mm, it adopts ring spray cooling design, takes into account high speed and high rigidity, and is suitable for efficient and precise machining.
