1. Tool Magazine Structure:
Our machines are equipped with guideway-type tool magazines capable of holding 40 or 60 tools, which are servo-driven to enhance the efficiency of tool changes.
2. Spindle Structure:
The main spindle is designed with a European structure, offering high rigidity, high-speed operation, and low vibration. It is engineered for high torque at low speeds.
3. Worktable:
The worktable features super-large grinding gears integrated with a twin-turbo vortex anti-backlash system, ensuring precise machining accuracy.
4.Transmission Structure:
The X and Z axes are fitted with a direct-acting four-wheel drive transmission for stable and accurate movement. This system eliminates backlash, improves torsional rigidity, and allows for angular adjustments. The Y-axis is equipped with a direct-drive transmission that is complemented by a German reducer for enhanced torsional rigidity.
5. Counterweight Structure:
A servo frequency conversion hydraulic station is utilized, where the counterweight within the hydraulic cylinder is designed to reduce axial load and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
6. Casting Structure Design:
The linear guideway's installation surface is aligned with the ballscrew center on the same plane, which stabilizes the ballscrew drive and ensures consistent overall accuracy of the machine tool.
7. Hanging Guideway Structure:
The Y-axis is designed with a box-in-box, high-rigidity paired lining structure on both the right and left sides. It is installed with four linear guide guideways-two at the front and two at the back-to provide high rigidity, precision, and an extended service life.
