Machine Bed, Column
The column features an equilateral triangle structure with multi-layer stiffeners to enhance the stability of the machine bed.
The machine bed has a positive T structure with a stepped X-axis layout and an extended guideway span for rigid support.
Utilizes high-strength Rexroth roller guides for superior load-bearing capacity and stable precision.

Spindle
Installed with 6 high-rigidity bearings.
Features a Taiwan original BBT50 spindle with a 190mm outer diameter.
Equipped with spindle air blow to prevent debris entry.
Includes a ring spray system to enhance processing quality.
Comes standard with a FANUC high-torque ilP30/8000 motor for improved heavy-cutting capability.

Optical Linear Scales
Optional Heidenhain, Fagor Optical Linear Scales, accuracy ± 5um, to ensure machine tool positioning accuracy.

Double exchange table/ four-axis turntable
