The entire tool changing process is precisely controlled by the advanced PLC control system. The tool changing time only takes about 6 seconds, which significantly shortens the processing cycle and improves production efficiency.
Multi-function operation console
Equipped with a seat-type operation box and a portable handwheel control box, it provides great convenience for operation.
The operator can operate at any position around the machine tool, and easily clamp and release the spindle tool through the foot switch, which improves the flexibility and safety of operation.
High-precision drive system
The high-precision servo motor is used to directly drive the ball screw through a precision coupling, which reduces vibration and improves processing accuracy. Three-axis drive system
The servo motor is equipped with a built-in absolute encoder to achieve accurate measurement of axial displacement, build a high-precision semi-closed loop control system, and ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool. The precise positioning of the three axes is set and managed by an advanced CNC system.
