CNC Machine Center Description
The CNC vertical machining center features feed axes controlled by X, Y, and Z coordinates, with the main spindle powered by a servo motor. Our 3-axis vertical machining centers provide the flexibility to attack single-piece production, development projects, or complex, high-volume mass production. It is capable of performing various machining processes such as drilling, milling, boring, enlarging, reaming, and tapping on complex components, including disks, plates, housings, cams, molds, and more. With a three-axis roller guideway structure, this machine is ideal for both single-piece and mass production of intricate parts across various industries.
Structural Characteristics
1. Equipped with Japan NBK coupling and Japan NSK bearings, along with a Taiwan PMI ballscrew, 50mm in diameter, C3 grade.
2. The bed is crafted from precision HT300 high-grade cast iron, with the ballscrew undergoing pre-tensioning treatment to prevent thermal expansion.
3. Features a box-way design at the rear of the spindle head with a triangular structure and Z-axis supported by 6 sliders, ensuring exceptional rigidity.
4. Installed with a Taiwan Φ155 high-rigidity BBT50 spindle, 6000rpm, featuring 6 bearings and a coolant nozzle design.
5. The machine has a three-axis travel range of X: 1300mm / Y: 750mm / Z: 680mm, with provisions for installing optical linear scales.
The Y-axis is supported by 4 German Rexroth ball linear guideways for maximum rigidity and precision.
6. Worktable dimensions: 1360mm x 700mm.
7. BF Gearbox: Optional Italian BF gearbox offering superior cutting capability, high and low gear functions, and stepless gear shifting.
