Vertical Frame Machine Structural Characteristics
The ballscrew is subjected to a pre-tensioning treatment to counteract the effects of thermal expansion.
1. A box-way design with a triangular structure is located at the rear of the spindle head, featuring a Z-axis with 6-slider support for exceptional rigidity.
2. The machine is fitted with a Taiwan-made Φ155 high-rigidity BBT50, capable of 6000rpm and supported by six bearings, including a design for coolant nozzles.
3. The three-axis travel dimensions are X: 1300mm, Y: 750mm, Z: 680mm, with space allocated for the installation of optical linear scales.
4. The Y-axis is supported by four German Rexroth ball linear guideways, ensuring maximum rigidity and accuracy.
5. The worktable dimensions are 1360mm by 700mm.
6. The standard gearbox is a BF model, with an optional upgrade to an Italian BF gearbox, known for its outstanding cutting performance, gear functions for both high and low speeds, and smooth gear transitions.
The base is crafted from precision HT300 high-grade cast iron.
