The reason for the high temperature of the spindle of the CNC drilling machine
There is a lot of friction on the spindle in the machine and there is a lack of cutting oil: lubricants need to be added.
Load adjustment is too tight: the spindle speed is too high.
Spindle bearing wear: Leads to an increase in bearing clearance, an increase in friction, and a heating of the spindle.
Poor lubrication: such as insufficient lubricating oil, poor oil quality or oil circuit blockage, resulting in increased friction of the spindle and heat generation.
Cooling system failure: such as damage to the cooling fan and poor circulation of coolant, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the spindle and rising temperature.
Unreasonable cutting parameters: unreasonable setting of cutting speed and feed leads to an increase in cutting force and an increase in spindle load and heat.
Excessive preload of spindle bearing: Excessive friction during spindle rotation causes the temperature of the spindle to rise sharply.
Grinding or damage to the spindle bearing: Causing excessive friction during spindle rotation, causing the spindle temperature to rise sharply.
Exhaustion or excessive lubricating grease of spindle bearing: Excessive resistance and friction during spindle rotation will cause the spindle temperature to rise.

A way to solve the high temperature of the spindle of the CNC drilling machine
Periodic inspection and maintenance:
Inspect and maintain the spindle and its lubrication system and cooling system, find and deal with potential problems in time, and ensure that the spindle is in good working condition.
Reasonable setting of cutting data:
According to the material, shape and accuracy requirements of the processed workpiece, the cutting speed, feed and other cutting parameters are reasonably set to reduce the load and heat generation of the spindle.
Optimized lubrication system:
Choose a high-quality lubricating oil and the right lubrication method to ensure that the spindle bearings are adequately lubricated and cooled. Replace the lubricating oil and clean the oil circuit regularly to prevent the oil circuit from clogging and oil deterioration.
Enhanced cooling system:
Optimize the design of the cooling system and improve the cooling effect. For example, increasing the number of cooling fans, increasing the coolant circulation speed, etc. Regularly check the working condition of the cooling system to ensure that it is operating properly.
Improvement of the external environment:
By installing air conditioners and strengthening ventilation, the ambient temperature and dust accumulation are reduced, and the heat dissipation conditions of the spindle are improved.
Cooling with lubricating oil:
The lubricating oil is added to the oil tank, and when the CNC lathe is working normally, the characteristics of the lubricating oil are used to effectively absorb the heat generated by the working spindle during work, so as to cool it.
Check the motor cooling fan:
Ensure that the motor cooling fan works normally, and maintain the fan regularly to prevent the accumulation of oil, dust, iron filings, etc. from affecting the heat dissipation efficiency.
